We are Angelo & Valentino Costabile, brothers born and raised close to Naples, who aim to bring pure, natural flavor to your dishes through our 100% Italian organic extra virgin olive oils. Our extra virgin olive oils are 100% Italian and come from early-harvested olives in the Puglia region. The Costabile brand was created decades ago by our grandparents, Nunzio & Giovanna, who were committed to quality and supported local farmers to adopt high standards so that people worldwide could taste the best of our land. After over 50 years of operation, they were forced to shut down due to a tremendous earthquake, but we have revived their mission with Costabile.

Our organic extra virgin olive oils are made from a blend of traditional Italian olive varieties - Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio, and Ogliarola - harvested from a single grove a few miles away from the beautiful Ionic Sea coast of Puglia. These olives, from century-old trees, are harvested at optimal ripeness through gentle techniques to maintain their flavor. The oil is then cold-extracted through modern milling methods to preserve its organoleptic properties, and filtered to remove any sediments, particles, and leftover water.

Our organic extra virgin olive oil is exceptionally high in polyphenols, with a content of 620 mg/Kg, compared to the average 300 mg/Kg found in most extra virgin olive oils. This makes it a great addition to any diet, whether Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Mediterranean, Kosher, Gluten-Free, or low FODMAP.
