Atlas Olive Oils, a 4-generation family company, has been dedicated to the ancient tradition of olive oil production since 1887. Improved soil conditions, an attentive cultivar selection, and careful tree growth enable us to produce high-quality olives.

Naturally rich in polyphenols, particularly hydroxytyrosol, our organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is the result of the harsh desert environment (127°F during summer, rocky soil, limited water) that causes the olive trees to produce a higher quantity of antioxidants to survive. This phenomenon gives our oil an extraordinary hydroxytyrosol value.

Our integrated production process ensures full satisfaction. We carefully approach all aspects of our organic olive oil production by adopting sustainable procedures, from planting the olive groves to using mechanical processes and first-cold pressing.

Les Terroirs de Marrakech, our ultra-premium organic EVOO, is harvested from a 30-hectare (74-acre) bicentenary orchard in the Marrakech region at an altitude of 390 meters above sea level. The well-balanced soil composition (30% clay, 35% muddy/loamy, 35% sandy) and pruning method of large olive trees cut into cups contribute to the exceptional quality of our oil.

With a maximum acidity of 0.4% when bottled, our organic EVOO is suitable for raw seasoning and has a robust flavor profile. Aromas range from greenery, cut grass, and apples to almonds, basil, and sweet banana, complemented by tastes of hedge clippings, almonds, artichoke, hazelnut chocolate, culinary herbs, cucumber, and apple.
